DragonTales, a sappy but kind of cute PBS show for little ones, has all sorts of fairy tale type creatures. I don't pay a whole lot of attention if and when it is on, but today, something really odd caught my attention. I have no idea what the plot included, but there was a unicorn, a female unicorn, who looked like Roy Orbison. Big, clunky glasses and odd hair. Like Roy Orbison.
Huh.

So funny you would comment on a Roy Orbison moment. My hubby has had to revert to wearing some old glasses (latest ones, the coatings are rubbing off producing blurry vision). Well, the only glasses that were suitable are some that he had tinted. I've been calling him "Roy", after Roy Orbison, for the last two days.
At least he's a man. And not a unicorn.
Now, if the unicorn had played the guitar...
My kids like an internet cartoon called Charlie the Unicorn. Talk about weird. It involves stealing kidneys, I think. Have you seen that? It doesn't really have anything to do with Roy Orbison, but it's a cartoon unicorn - that's topical, right?
